What is The TORCH retreat?
The Torch Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night retreat for incoming UT Knoxville students, offering opportunities to connect with upperclassmen and other freshmen and to be encouraged in their walks with Christ - all before their first day of class!
When & Where
This year, the retreat will take place in Knoxville, TN,
July 30th-August 1st!
We will use local churches and popular spots on campus to host the retreat, while staying at hotels.
If you are coming in from out of town, we can pick you up/drop you off at the airport. Just let us know when you register!
Why the torch Retreat?
The Torch Retreat seeks to glorify the Lord in every aspect of its existence by welcoming the incoming students to Knoxville and UT by showing them a glimpse of the local body of Christ, connecting them to the community, and equipping them to serve our campus and beyond.
